HAPPŸŸ offers a year-long subscription service, the 12-month Flow Program. When you partner with HAPPŸŸ, everything happens from the comfort and familiarity of your home. Whether on HAPPŸŸ’s online platform (our “ecosystem,” a secure site where we connect members with prescribers and the rest of the HAPPŸŸ resources) or from our custom HAPPŸŸ app, no clinic visit is ever necessary.

Here’s the process in a nutshell:

1.

Our member’s first connection will be with one of our Care Navigators. Care Navigators are there at every step to walk members through our process and will help schedule the initial online assessment with one of our prescribers.

2.

During the initial prescriber assessment, members and prescribers work together to determine a course of treatment. At that time, the first ketamine treatments will be scheduled for those members who are assessed to be candidates, and the beginning dosage will be determined. Once ketamine treatment candidates have selected a package, their first dose of ketamine is shipped directly to their home.

3.

After the initial ketamine dose, members meet with Integrators who provide support in integrating the raw elements of their initial experience. Ketamine’s dissociative and psychedelic properties often have subjective effects of personal and significant importance; our Integrators are trained to assist with interpreting any psychological and emotional insights that are part of your experiences.

4.

Prescribers will monitor your experiences in order to fine-tune your dosage appropriately. Integrators are available for each new experience.

5.

Your Care Navigator continues to provide support and guidance as you progress through the Flow Program to maximize your progress.

6.

Members participate in a shared community and group video calls, which provide a support structure with other members.
